I think Frankoma pottery will become more collectable in the years to come. I'm surprised that there hasn't been more interest in the topic but, all of their works were well marked, taking out the mystery aspect?
They did make some really cool stuff IMHO.

He bought the facility & tried to make a go of it. Hats off for that aspiration & am sorry it didn't work out.

Anyway, it's similar to painters' works becoming more valuable after death. A limited amount to be had.

I hope more folks come to appreciate the effort from OK.

Started out as Frank Potteries after its founder John Frank. They certainly had their ups and downs - I love the pottery and have several in my collection.

Note - from 1936-1938 the company produced decorative figurals and vases marked with a leopard as the Frankoma mark from 1936-1938. It was known as the Pot and Puma logo. Be on the lookout for these scarce pieces

The Puma is definitely on my radar! So many knockoffs.
