Post subject:  antique pottery vase

Hi my name is Jacqui and I live in Adelaide south Australia. Am hoping someone can help me identify my recent purchase. It is a large vase measuring approx. 73 cms tall x 23 cms at the neck in the form of a classical vase. It appears to be made of pottery inside it is a sandy grey colour and rough to the touch (unglazed). It is elaborately decorated with chrisanthimums and leaves which stand out on a ground of cream slightly rough glaze. the decorations are all in a red brown colour. It has elaborate handles of scrolling leaves and there is gilding to parts of the design. at the bottom of the body is a base of drapery ending with an elaborately gilded base on a square base. There are no marks underneath just a concave underside. Can anyone tell me how old it is, it looks to have some age to it. If it is indeed an antique can any one advise me on value? Thank you, Jacqui Handford
