Currently I am interested in some pottery which I find from time to time in local thrift stores. I have no idea who the maker is and would like any information I can find. The pieces are very heavy, cream colored with clear high gloss glaze. They look like they would have been used every day more for utility than for decoration. The mark is MANLEY in all caps. Does anyone have a clue? (For some reason the light made the pottery bottom look like clay colored but it is actually an off white/cream color.)

This is quite a mystery. I have about 10 pieces that I have found over the past few years in local thrift shops. None are the same but all bear the same mark. Thanks for your help.
